Effective January 1, 2026
Tyrant CNC is committed to complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws while continuing to serve our California customers whenever legally permitted.
Effective January 1, 2026, California Assembly Bill 1263 ("AB 1263") established additional requirements for certain firearm-related products sold or delivered to California. These requirements may apply to certain products offered by Tyrant CNC.
If your order is being shipped to a California address and contains a product subject to these requirements, additional compliance steps will be presented during checkout before your order can be completed.
California Checkout & Verification Process
When a California shipping address is entered during checkout, our system will determine whether your order contains products requiring additional verification.
For applicable orders, you will be required to:
- Review the California Firearm Manufacturing Notice presented during checkout.
- Acknowledge that you have received and understand the required California notice.
- Verify your age and identity using a valid, government-issued photo ID.
- Ensure that the name and shipping address provided with your order match the information verified through your identification.
- Complete any additional delivery requirements applicable to your order. Orders requiring verification cannot proceed until the applicable compliance requirements have been satisfied.
Age & Identity Verification
California law requires proof of age and identity for applicable transactions. Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
Tyrant CNC uses a third-party identity-verification service to facilitate this process. Depending on the verification result, you may be asked to provide additional information or a copy/photo of a valid government-issued photo ID showing your name, photograph, date of birth and address.
To complete this purchase, your information may be provided to AgeChecker.Net and its service providers for age and identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and security purposes. If automated verification is unsuccessful, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID. Please see AgeChecker.Net’s Privacy Policy here for information about how verification data is handled.
For California orders subject to these requirements, the shipping address on your order must match the address shown on your identification. Tyrant CNC may review the identification information made available through AgeChecker.Net to verify the address match before releasing your order for shipment.
If your identity or age cannot be successfully verified, Tyrant CNC may be unable to complete the transaction.
Shipping Address & Delivery
For qualifying California orders shipped directly to the purchaser, the shipping information must match the purchaser information established during identity verification.
If the shipping name or address does not match the verified purchaser information, we may be unable to ship the order to that address.
Applicable California orders may also require signature and proof of identification by a person 18 years of age or older at delivery. Where required, only shipping methods capable of satisfying the applicable identification and signature requirements will be available during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are available to satisfy any identification and signature requirements imposed at delivery.
California Firearm Manufacturing Notice
California law requires purchasers of certain covered products to receive and acknowledge a notice concerning California firearm-manufacturing laws before completing the transaction.
California Firearm Manufacturing Notice
- Manufacturing more than three firearms per calendar year in California
- Manufacturing a firearm using a 3D printer or CNC milling machine
- Manufacturing a firearm for the purpose of selling or transferring ownership to an unlicensed individual
- Manufacturing a firearm for the purpose of selling/loaning/transferring with intent to avoid a required background check through a licensed dealer
- Allowing, facilitating, aiding, or abetting the manufacture of a firearm by a person prohibited from possessing firearms
- Manufacturing (or causing the manufacture of)
- Assault weapons or .50 BMG rifles
- Firearms that are not immediately recognizable as firearms
- Firearms that are not imprinted with a valid state or federal serial number or mark of identification
- Large-capacity magazines or large-capacity magazine conversion kits
- Machineguns
- Multiburst trigger activators
- Short-barreled rifles or short-barreled shotguns
- Undetectable firearms
- Unsafe handguns that are not on the California roster of certified handguns
- Zip guns
- Any other weapon defined as a “generally prohibited weapon” under California law
The notice displayed during checkout will contain the applicable California-required statements concerning prohibited or regulated firearm-manufacturing activity.
Electronic Acknowledgment & Record
Your affirmative acceptance of the California disclosure during checkout constitutes that you have received and understand the California notice presented to you.
Tyrant CNC may maintain a record of the acknowledgment together with information associated with the applicable order in accordance with applicable law and our record-retention requirements.
The record may include information such as the:
Order number • date and time of acknowledgment • version of the notice acknowledged • verification status • associated transaction information
This information may be retained as evidence that the required notice was provided and acknowledged.
Covered Products
AB 1263 applies to certain products classified under California law as firearm-related products or "firearm accessories." Depending on the product, additional California restrictions may also apply independently of the checkout verification requirements.
The availability of a product on our website does not necessarily mean that the product may legally be purchased, possessed, used, or delivered in every jurisdiction.
Tyrant CNC reserves the right to restrict or cancel the sale or shipment of any product when we determine that the transaction cannot be completed in accordance with applicable law or company compliance requirements.
Customer Responsibility
It is the purchaser's responsibility to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the purchase, possession, installation, and use of products purchased from Tyrant CNC.
Completion of Tyrant CNC's age or identity-verification process does not constitute a determination that a particular product is legal for the purchaser to possess or use in a particular configuration or jurisdiction.
